Our packages are priced per square foot: Silver is $3.75/sq. ft. for interior refreshes, Gold is $9.00/sq. ft. (starting at $17,000) for new builds and remodels, and Platinum for ground-up construction is priced by request.
Yes. Our Pre-Lease process begins preliminary design and permit preparation before the lease is final. By the time your client takes possession, the design is largely complete and permit-ready.
As early as possible, ideally before your client signs an LOI. We can evaluate whether a space works for a dental or medical practice and start Pre-Lease design while the lease is still being negotiated.
